Privacy Policy

Last updated October 3, 2026. This policy applies to get-base.store, operated by Island Global Co, a Delaware company. It is part of our Terms of Use, including the arbitration clause, class waiver and limits on liability.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect what you type: name, company, email, number of units, location, current provider and your message. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. The Site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The Site stores nothing in your browser to identify you. The fleet estimator on the operator page runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us.

How we use it

We use it to respond to you, evaluate pilot requests, run and improve the BASE program, secure the Site, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who handles it

We use service providers to host the Site and to deliver form submissions to us by email. They process data only to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights, safety or security, or in connection with a merger, financing or sale of the business.

Retention

We keep form submissions as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal and business records, then delete or anonymize them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our host.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by writing to us through the contact form from the email address you used. We will respond within the time the law requires. Residents of some jurisdictions have additional rights, which we honor as required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.
